Four Madison Men killed in Northern Ill, Car stalled

Heading back to Madison from a Chicago Bulls game their car stalled and a flatbed truck slammed into them on the Tri-State Tollway.
The car was on the shoulder and the truck ran off the roadway, the Illinois State Police had just spoke to them and radioed for help.
